FES-UA Scholarship Coaching for Students with Unique Abilities
We Bill EMA Directly
The Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) was designed for students exactly like yours. If your child has a qualifying diagnosis — ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder, a processing disorder, Down syndrome, or another unique ability — your FES-UA scholarship can fund specialized one-on-one educational coaching with Director Cynthia. Average award is approximately $10,000 per year. We bill EMA directly. Your family pays nothing out of pocket.
Qualifying Diagnoses We Support
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD / ADD)
• Dyslexia and reading-based learning differences
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Executive function and working memory challenges
• Speech and language processing differences
• Other IEP-qualifying diagnoses
What Makes Eureka Different for FES-UA Families
Director Cynthia Laperche, M.A., personally coaches every student — no matching algorithms, no rotating tutors.
Before Session 1, every student receives a skills and learning style assessment.
Every session produces written notes sent directly to the parent the same day.
Progress summaries keep you informed and in control.
Sessions are 100% online, flexible, and built around your child's schedule and energy levels.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Eureka! Education an approved FES-UA provider?
A: Yes. We are an approved Step Up for Students direct-pay provider. FES-UA families bill us through EMA — no out-of-pocket cost to your family.
Q: Do you work with IEP documentation?
A: Yes. Cynthia reviews your child's existing evaluations and IEP before the first session and incorporates that context into the learning plan.
Q: How is this different from a tutoring platform?
A: Tutoring platforms match your child to a pool of gig-economy tutors. At Eureka Education, Director Cynthia Laperche, M.A., is the only educator. Your child works with the same credentialed person every session. That consistency is especially important for students with ADHD, autism, and other unique learning profiles.
Q: What is the FES-UA annual award amount?
A: The average FES-UA award is approximately $10,000 per year. Students with higher-needs matrix scores (254-255) may receive up to $34,000. Awards are held in your EMA account and drawn down as services are billed.
